Fun Hands On Learning Activities
One Fun Activity Each Day (five days per week)
Plan on spending about 15 – 25 minutes each day teaching the children Spanish.
We have a lot of fun hands on activities for a fun Halloween week. Teacher will print out the "How Many Are On The Broom? story and read it to
the children. After the story the children will play a game to help them
learn their numbers 1, 2 and 3. They will have fun playing a number game where they put cats on the witches broom.¿Cuántos gatos están en la escoba? ¿Uno, dos o tres?
The teacher will read the story Los Monstruos (print out the book) to the children, tell the children not to worry these are friendly monsters. After the story they will
play a game game to help teach them the colors green, orange and white.
The teacher will read the story Monstruos, Monstruos (print out the book) to the children don't worry these are friendly monsters.
After the story they will play a game game to help teach them the words el pelo (hair) los hojos (eyes) la nariz (nose) and la boca (mouth)
Another fun Halloween activity for this week are the Halloween pictures. Teacher will print these out and show the children four of the Halloween pictures.
Three will be the same, one will be different. They will pick out the card that is different by touching it and saying esta or este (this one).
